All diagrams are drawn to scale. The Dance Studio and Dance
Studio Patio are not available for rent at this time. No equipment
of any kind (tables, chairs, easels, etc.) is allowed in the central
corridor (main hallway) of the University Club due to fire codes.
Doorways and aisles must have 36"-72" free of debris at all times.
All maximum capacity numbers assume that there is NO furniture
in the rooms (tables, chairs, podium, etc.). Every table or
additional piece of furniture will reduce the capacity of each room.
A client may use Clubroom 1&2 with the partition closed or
partially closed, if they adhere to the capacity listings
for each portion of the room separately. They may use the sample
diagrams listed on the Facilities page to assist them. Sliding glass in
the Lounge leading to the main hallway must remain open at all times
when 50 or more people are in the room. The maximum
capacities are based on what the California Building Code requires,
regardless if the overall capacity appears to be higher. The
maximum standing figures are not recommended, but are allowed
if necessary. The reception numbers listed are recommended.
Additional cleaning and setup charges may be applied
after your event at the Facility Manager's discretion. Additional
staff may be recruited to assist with your event at the Facility Manager's
discretion, and additional charges may apply. Setup and breakdown
time for third party vendors (e.g. caterers or other deliveries is charged
at the regular hourly rate. Significant changes in setup on the day of
your event may result in extra charges.
