Coffee Service
We offer coffee service for $32.17 per setup. One coffee service setup
includes: 1 gallon each of regular coffee, decaffeinated
coffee, and hot water, as well as paper cups, napkins,
stir sticks, sugar, creamer, and tea. Please request
this from the Facility Manager.

Water Service
We also offer limited water service at no charge. Water service
consists of clear plastic water pitchers with ice water
and paper cups placed on a single communal table.
Service will only be available at the start of the event.
Please request this from the Facility Manager.

Table linen & Skirts
Table linens come standard on all rectangular tables.
Table linens for round tables cost $7.50 each. Table
skirts will be provided for registration tables, head
tables, and coffee or water service tables at no charge.
Additional skirts will cost $15.00 each. Please request
this from the Facility Manager.

Customized Setup
Pre-arranged and pre-approved setups to meet your individual
needs come standard with rental of any University Club space.
You may use the sample diagrams on the Facilities page or create your own diagram.
You may also use one of the following types of setups: Closed Board, Standard Board,
U Shape, Chevron, Classroom, Conference, Lecture, Dining or Vendor Showcase.
There is no additional cost for this service as it is standard procedure for all events.
